I won things!

Remember that competition Deramores was running a while back? Well, I won a runner up prize!! Hot damn!! Free knitting stuff is always a delight, especially when it’s good quality knitting stuff. Behold my winnings!

Sublime Chunky Merino Tweed

Two balls of Sublime Chunky Merino Tweed and the pattern book! Another big droopy cowl perhaps? Don’t mind if I do!

I think I should also give mad props to the actual competition winner, Joanna Donaldson who I assume is just diving headlong into a crate of wool with glee right about now.

Today is a good day. For wool.

£500 of woolly prizes!

Now this is a very brand-new baby blog so I’m not entirely sure if this will be a useful post…but I’m not one to keep quiet about a perfectly good competition.

Deramores are having a 1-year anniversary ‘invent a slogan’ competition wherein the 1st prize is £500 of knitting stuff. That’s a lot of stuff! I like Deramores. When it comes to online yarn shops I find it’s usually a toss-up between them and Black Sheep Wools.

Click the picture below to enter (and do it before the end of August) and may the best person win!
